Return & Warranty Policy
At Dejhore Jewellery, every piece is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. We are committed to delivering quality jewellery and ensuring your satisfaction.
Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy for products that are received damaged or broken.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- You must notify us immediately upon opening the package if the item is damaged.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before opening the sealed package and clearly show the condition of the product upon opening.
- Photos of the damaged product may also be requested for verification.
Please note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Color Warranty
We provide a 2-Year Colour Warranty on eligible jewellery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing-related colour fading under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Scratches or dents
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, water, cosmetics, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
Warranty Shipping
For warranty claims:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us.
- Dejhore Jewellery will bear the return shipping cost when sending the repaired or replacement product back to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or personal preference (unless otherwise specified)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, we will:
- Replace the damaged product (subject to availability), or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method if a replacement is not possible.
